Also I would consider using daily low dose Aspirin in combination with caffeine, both inhibit COX-2 (inflammation) and are synergistic. Take Vitamin K (MK-4) too which prevents excessive blood thinning. If you get stomach issues, get Aspirin as a powder and dissolve in water and drink with meals.
